SaintsHub is committed to creating a safe environment for all users and maintaining zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form.
1. Age Requirements & Eligibility
SaintsHub is a social platform intended for users aged 16 and older. The following age policies apply:
- Users must be at least 16 years of age to create a SaintsHub account.
- Users between the ages of 16 and 17 must have verifiable parental or guardian consent to access and use the platform.
- Users under the age of 16 are not permitted to register or use SaintsHub under any circumstances.
- During registration, users are required to confirm they meet the minimum age requirement.
Accounts found to belong to users under the minimum age requirement will be immediately suspended and permanently deleted, along with all associated data.
2. Zero Tolerance for CSAE
SaintsHub maintains an absolute zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). The following content and behaviour are strictly prohibited:
- Any content that sexually depicts, exploits, or abuses minors
- Grooming, solicitation, or sexual communication directed at minors
- Sharing, distributing, or requesting child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Any attempt to establish inappropriate relationships with users who are or appear to be minors
- Using the platform to traffic, exploit, or harm children in any way
- Any content that normalises or trivialises the sexual exploitation of children
- Using generative AI or other tools to create synthetic CSAM or exploitative content depicting minors
Violations result in immediate and permanent account termination. All confirmed CSAM incidents are reported to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF), and applicable local law enforcement agencies in the user's jurisdiction.
3. Safety Measures & Prevention
We take proactive steps to prevent child exploitation on SaintsHub:
- Age verification checks during user registration
- Automated content moderation systems that flag potentially harmful or exploitative content
- Human review of all flagged accounts and reported content within 24 hours
- Restricted messaging features for new or unverified accounts
- Regular safety audits of platform features to identify and mitigate emerging risks
- Full cooperation with law enforcement agencies when legally required or when a child is at risk
- Implementation of safety-by-design principles in all new features
Parental Resources
We encourage parents and guardians to be actively involved in their children's online activities. SaintsHub recommends:
- Discussing safe online behaviour with minors before they use any social platform
- Monitoring usage for users aged 16–17 who have parental consent

4. Content Moderation & Review
SaintsHub employs a multi-layered approach to content moderation to ensure the safety of all users, particularly minors:
Automated Detection
- Content uploaded to SaintsHub is scanned for known CSAM using industry-standard hash-matching technologies
- Behavioural patterns indicative of grooming or exploitation are flagged for human review
- User-generated text content is monitored for prohibited terms and patterns
Human Review
- All safety-related reports are reviewed by trained staff within 24 hours
- Escalated cases involving potential child harm are prioritised and reviewed immediately
- Reviewers follow documented procedures to ensure consistent and fair evaluation
Response Times
- Urgent reports (imminent risk to a child): Reviewed immediately, reported to authorities within 24 hours
- CSAM reports: Content removed immediately upon detection, account terminated, reported to NCMEC
- General safety reports: Reviewed within 24 hours
5. How to Report a Child Safety Concern
SaintsHub provides multiple channels for users to report child safety concerns. All reports are treated with the highest priority and seriousness.
- In-app reporting: Tap the three-dot menu on any profile or content and select "Report", then choose "Child Safety" as the reason.
- Email: Send a detailed report to safety@saintshub.net
- External reporting: You may also report CSAM directly to the NCMEC CyberTipline (USA) or the Internet Watch Foundation (UK/International)

All reports are confidential. The identity of the reporter is protected. We do not tolerate retaliatory action against anyone who reports a safety concern in good faith.
6. Enforcement Actions
SaintsHub applies proportional enforcement actions based on the severity of the violation:
- Sharing or possessing CSAM: Immediate permanent ban and law enforcement report
- Grooming or solicitation of a minor: Immediate permanent ban and law enforcement report
- Attempting contact with a known minor: Account suspension and investigation
- Underage account (user under 16): Account deletion and data purge
- Content sexualising or exploiting minors: Content removal, permanent ban, and report to authorities
Banned users are prohibited from creating new accounts. We employ measures to detect and prevent ban evasion.
7. Data Handling & Privacy for Minors
SaintsHub takes special precautions with data belonging to younger users (aged 16–17 with parental consent):
- We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide the service
- Personal data of users aged 16–17 is never sold, shared for marketing purposes, or used for behavioural advertising
- Profile visibility for users aged 16–17 defaults to restricted settings
- Parents or guardians may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their child's data by contacting safety@saintshub.net
- When an underage account is discovered and deleted, all associated personal data is permanently purged

8. Legal Compliance
SaintsHub complies with all applicable child safety and protection laws, including but not limited to:
- The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) (USA)
- The PROTECT Our Children Act (USA)
- 18 U.S.C. § 2258A — Mandatory reporting requirements (USA)
- The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) provisions relating to minors
- The UK Online Safety Act 2023
- The Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) (South Africa)
- Applicable child protection and data privacy laws in other jurisdictions where SaintsHub operates
We cooperate fully with authorities worldwide and are committed to reporting any confirmed cases of child abuse or exploitation as required by the laws of each applicable jurisdiction. SaintsHub will preserve relevant evidence and account data when required by legal processes.
9. Policy Review & Updates
This child safety policy is reviewed and updated on a regular basis to reflect:
- Changes in applicable laws and regulations
- New platform features or capabilities that may affect child safety
- Emerging online risks and exploitation methods
- Best practices recommended by child safety organisations
- Feedback from users, parents, and advocacy groups
When material changes are made to this policy, we update the effective date at the top of this page. Users may be notified of significant changes via in-app notifications or email.
